Anita H. Lynn blends an unwavering compassion for her clients with the knowledge and experience that make her a tough adversary and a persuasive advocate at the negotiating table and in the courtroom. She has concentrated on resolving family law disputes for more than 25 years.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Anita graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia in 1983 with an undergraduate degree in accounting and a  minor in business law; she received her law degree in 1986 from Mercer  University Walter F. George School of Law.

Anita is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® and is certified as a collaborative divorce attorney. She is a member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Anita is a noted speaker and lends her professional expertise to  others with insightful public speaking at continuing legal education seminars.

She is a proud supporter of The William Breman Jewish Heritage and Holocaust Museum, the High Museum of Art in Atlanta and the New York City Opera. She also serves on the Advisory Council and is a volunteer fund-raiser for FurKids, an Atlanta-based animal rescue organization.
